You&rsquo;ll be the operational force that keeps communication flowing, projects moving, and the founders focused on highest-leverage work.Important: This is not an administrative assistant role. It&rsquo;s an ownership role. You will run things, make judgment calls, and deliver outcomes. That&rsquo;s why it doesn&rsquo;t pay like admin.RoleYour job is leverage through ownership; create clarity, remove friction, and take projects from brief to done. You&rsquo;ll manage founder communications and customer queries, coordinate light social execution, and jump into ad-hoc projects as needed (e.g., influencer outreach ) while installing simple systems that keep everything moving.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own day-to-day communication loops: triage inbox/messages, draft/send replies in-voice, escalate only true signal.</li><li>Own customer/community support: fast, warm, on-brand responses; track and close every thread.</li><li>Own project execution: turn broad prompts into clear plans, timelines, and delivered outcomes (e.g., research, outreach, supplier coordination, simple SOPs).</li><li>e.g. currently we need support for social media operations: schedule posts, organise assets, draft captions/replies, track engagement.</li><li>Maintain clean systems for tasks, notes, docs, and decisions (Google Workspace, Jira).</li><li>Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and next actions; close loops without reminders.</li><li>Assist with calendar/scheduling and help improve time-management rhythms.</li><li>Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate research, writing, and first drafts, then execute the real-world steps.</li></ul>Results<ul><li>Founder communications and customer queries are answered quickly, accurately, and on-brand.</li><li>Priority projects ship on time with minimal founder involvement.</li><li>Systems reduce chaos; future work becomes faster and easier.</li><li>Founders spend more time in high-leverage work; less time context-switching.</li><li>No dropped balls: commitments are tracked and closed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;7 years in executive support, operations, or project execution (remote preferred).</li><li>Excellent English (written/spoken); can write in founder/brand voice.</li><li>Outcome Ownership. You don&rsquo;t ask what to do next, you figure out what needs to be done. If it&rsquo;s in your lane, it&rsquo;s handled. If it&rsquo;s not, you find a way.</li><li>Bulletproof Discretion. You&rsquo;re a vault. You know what&rsquo;s sensitive, what&rsquo;s strategic, and what stays behind closed doors. You don&rsquo;t need reminders about what not to say.</li><li>Pressure-Ready. Urgency doesn&rsquo;t scare you. High standards don&rsquo;t rattle you. Moving targets don&rsquo;t knock you off course. You meet intensity with focus and execution.</li><li>Fast Response Time.
