Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education while ensuring the overall well-being of each child.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes early childhood development.</li><li>Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage appropriate behavior.</li><li>Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services.</li><li>Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessments, including standardized testing where applicable.</li><li>Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience through shared resources and strategies.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.</li><li>Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and behavior management strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Experience in special education or early intervention programs is a plus.</li><li>Ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.</li><li>Montessori training or experience is desirable but not mandatory.
