We are seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our organization that has been servicing families for 40+ years! This individual will plan and present age appropriate activities for children.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth</li><li>Create a fun and safe learning environment</li><li>Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime</li><li>Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents</li><li>Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress</li><li>Works well with others on our team</li><li>Maintain the health and safety of all students</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred, NOT required)</li><li>Passionate about working with children</li><li>Ability to build rapport with children</li><li>Positive and patient demeanor</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills</li><li>Must pass background check</li></ul>More Details:<ul><li>Position is Monday through Friday; weekends off!</li><li>Hours will range from 9:30am-5:30pm depending on position filled.</li><li>Major Holidays off (New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day &amp; Christmas Day)</li><li>Accrued PTO.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
