Our program follows a multi-age, Montessori-inspired approach with a strong emphasis on academic, emotional, and social development.We are currently seeking a Bilingual Language Teacher to join our team and support the implementation of our established educational programResponsibilities<ul><li>Teach Spanish immersion classes for students ranging from babies to adults.</li><li>Follow the established curriculum and daily routines of the program.</li><li>Manage classroom environments effectively by implementing behavior management techniques and classroom management best practices to ensure a safe and positive learning space.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure program quality and consistency.</li><li>Maintain consistency in methodology, structure, and positive discipline practices.</li><li>Foster strong communication skills with families to share progress updates, and provide tutoring support when needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.</li><li>Prior experience working with various age groups (babies, children, teens, and/or adults).</li><li>Fluency in both Spanish and English (required).</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching physical education or tutoring.</li><li>Knowledge of special education principles, early intervention techniques, literacy education strategies, and Montessori methods is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues across diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality.</li><li>Positive attitude and passion for education.</li><li>Passion for childhood development, and creating inclusive learning environments that foster growth and curiosity.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Early childhood education: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
