 What Will You Do?

 Your daily responsibilities will include:&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing&nbsp;classroom&nbsp;needs to support children&rsquo;s well-being.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Nurturing a love of learning through a child-centered approach with social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 As an educator,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;regular communication with families is essential to fostering collaborative growth.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must pass required state and company background checks.  &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.  &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.  &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.  &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift up to 50pounds multiple times a day.&nbsp;
 </li>
