Program Director responsibilities include customer service, overseeing game-day operations, coach and volunteer recruitment, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Program Director and be committed to creating an exceptional experience for players, coaches, and spectators.</div><div><br>

<div><b>Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies</li>
<li>Manage staff and coaches</li>
<li>Oversee league-wide communication</li>
<li>Develop schedules, rosters, and programming</li>
<li>Oversee the daily operations of the venue and the programs within it</li>
<li>Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Follow all health and safety guidelines</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Prior experience as a program director preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication &amp; organization skills</li>
<li>Able to work independently, problem solve, and think creatively</li>
<li>Able to follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the safety of program participants at all times</li>
<li>Positive and encouraging attitude</li>
<li>Able to work on your feet for extended periods</li></ul></div></div>
