Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. This paid position offers an engaging environment where your skills in behavioral therapy, teaching, and patient care will make a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners with Autism through teaching sessions in the home or community setting</li><li>Implement behavioral intervention and individualized treatment plans</li><li>Participate in trainings and team meetings as needed</li><li>Maintain open and direct communication with the BCBA and other RBT team members as needed relating to the delivery of treatment</li><li>Maintain professional boundaries around our child patients and their families as indicated by the BACB</li><li>Enter data daily for each patient for all programs targeted</li><li>Remain available for all supervision sessions, phone conferences, and team meetings required by the BCBA</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working as a RBT with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques</li><li>Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are crucial for success in this role.</li><li>Join us in making a meaningful difference!
