Little Village Early Learning Center is looking for a Lead Toddler Teacher to work in our early learning center.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children</li><li>Create a loving environment for all little minds to grow and develop positively</li><li>Provide individualized instruction and learning using our developed curriculum, teaching strategies</li><li>Foster the growth of a child's self-esteem and self-confidence</li><li>Create activities that are age appropriate</li><li>Communicate with parents regularly via face-to-face and on our brightwheel app</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Enjoy working with children, have patience, and show kindness</li><li>Excellent communication towards; staff, parents, and children</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Experience as a teacher or caregiver in an early learning center or in a family-based childcare setting</li><li>Preferred but not required: CPR and First Aid, knowledge of DHS rule 3</li></ul>We are looking for a teacher who is excited to come to work and teach little minds. We will pay for all of your training hours and classes needed to become a teacher at Little Village.
