 Purchasing &amp; Procurement Executive
 
 to join our fast-growing operations team. If you have an eye for quality, a knack for negotiation, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle all
 
 purchasing and procurement
 
 needs for new and existing holiday homes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and purchase
 
 furniture, d&eacute;cor, appliances, linens, and amenities
 
 in line with Livbnb&rsquo;s brand standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Replace damaged or missing items
 
 promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage a
 
 vendor network
 
 &mdash;negotiating prices, timelines, and ensuring reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organised
 
 inventory and procurement tracker
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with the
 
 operations and maintenance teams
 
 for delivery and installation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor
 
 budgets
 
 , prepare purchase orders, and support the
 
 finance team
 
 with invoice reconciliation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in
 
 purchasing or procurement
 
 (hospitality or property management background preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 negotiation and vendor-management
 
 skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy &ndash; comfortable with Excel, ERP, or procurement systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
 </li>
