 What This Role Will Do

 Greet and assist all staff and guests. Answer the main switchboard for Live Nation and transfer calls to the corresponding department.

 Take messages for executives and relay the information to their corresponding assistant.

 Ensure proper security protocol is followed by staff and guests; check-in and monitor visitors in reception area, provide access as necessary. Continuously communicate with security regarding the status of guests.

 Assist in day-to-day operation of the lounge including, but not limited to, setting up morning snacks, refilling snack jar, and maintaining the space to ensure it is always in client-ready condition.

 Coordinate conference room reservations and assist with general meeting support as needed (i.e. catering, guest check-in, etc.)

 Assist with coffee requests for larger executive meetings.

 Plan and coordinate company lobby events including happy hour, artist performances, live streams, and various office networking events

 Coordinate with executives and assistants regarding messenger and food deliveries.

 Maintain clean and professional reception area. Team with Facilities personnel to coordinate mail, deliveries, office supplies and routine maintenance.

 Submit work orders for building maintenance and internal facility related requests. Point of contact between employees and the onsite car washing service.

 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 An artist management company is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support an Artist Manager across scheduling, travel, and communications. This role serves as a key liaison across teams while supporting artist development through coordination of releases, studio time, and appearances.  The receptionist will interact with guests to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
 
 
 
 What This Role Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Office Duties: include but are not limited to; basic secretarial duties such as; answering/returning phone calls, emails regarding guest complaints, questions, comments about upcoming and past events
 </li>
 <li>
 Filing, logging lost and found items, mailing packages/letters out for various departments including claimed items to guests (making daily trips to post office)
 </li>
 <li>
 Various projects, often times including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Event Duties: Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty. Answer inbound calls to help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, take, or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.
 </li>

 Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
 </li>

 Management of daily pass system helping manage guest and employee venue access

 Assist guest with any questions or needs
