</h2>This position&rsquo;s primary responsibility is to accessorize the entire showroom, create a real life visual for the guest, and showcase vignette style rooms in all categories that are assigned to the store&rsquo;s showroom floor. The ultimate standard is the creation of a showroom floor that delights guests and is faithful to the Living Spaces brand.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Description
</h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Complete and demonstrate the ability to effectively execute to company expectations 
 all new hire and ongoing training modules</li><li>
Complete vendor/product training as required</li><li>
Ensure that the store is ready by completing a daily walk through of the entire store and address any areas of concern.</li><li>
Partner with outer Brand Team members, labeling and CPU/Floor Prep, to ensure that the entire showroom floor is 100% complete according to Living Spaces brand guidelines.</li><li>
Execute all areas of the showroom with proper product placement, accessorizing, and location of product.</li><li>
Create a realistic living experience for our guests.</li><li>
Ensure that all accessory and furniture products are properly placed according to company SOP.</li><li>
Obey all safety rules and guidelines set forth by Living Spaces.</li><li>
Follow all furniture and accessory inventory and binning processes.</li><li>
Completes required training in the expected timeframe, and participates in ongoing learning opportunities</li><li>
Actively support and contribute to the store team with the goal of helping the entire team delight guests and achieve revenue targets</li><li>
Ensure that the stores is &ldquo;Grand Opening&rdquo; ready by completing the daily task list and style guides</li><li>
Ability to work weekends and most holidays</li><li>
Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>

Qualifications
</h2>Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years experience in a fast paced, high traffic, guest facing, interactive retail environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Hiring Range</h2>
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.
Compensation: $16.45 - $21.38
Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.

Retail Visual Stylist (full-time)

<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Summary
</h2>The Visual Merchandise Supervisor at Living Spaces oversees visual merchandising and logistics operations to ensure a world-class brand experience. This role maintains high standards in showroom presentations, CPU service, shipping, receiving, and product processing. The supervisor implements and upholds Visual and Logistics SOPs, ensuring the store is always guest-ready and visually appealing. Additionally, the role manages efficient product flow and accurate inventory. 
 
Collaboration with corporate visual partners, marketing, IT, DCs, and customer service is essential to achieve store goals. The supervisor also partners with Retail Managers to exceed store goals and create an exceptional guest experience.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Position Description
</h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<ul><li>
Ensure all merchandising team members are properly trained.</li><li>
Complete and demonstrate competency in all Living Spaces training modules.</li><li>
Partner with management to manage the learning of new hires and existing team members.</li><li>
Communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans to maintain an elevated showroom experience through merchandising.</li><li>
Build a passion for the product through product knowledge training.</li><li>
Manage team member attendance for Visual and Logistics Onboarding.</li><li>
Lead the Visual Stylist, Logistic team members, Labeling, Service Tech, and Janitor.</li><li>
Help manage and execute product flow, shipping and receiving, CPU product flow, and product flow from prep to the floor.</li><li>
Maintain proper staging, labeling, and organization around usable warehouse space.</li><li>
Order warehouse supplies as needed.</li><li>
Provide world-class service to CPU guests and maintain CPU standards, including training, process, and surveys.</li><li>
Ensure merchandising team members engage guests on the showroom floor as needed.</li><li>
Complete and communicate reports and photos to the Merchandising Manager, Corporate Partners, Regional Support, and Director of Merchandising as necessary.</li><li>
Partner with the Retail Managers to meet and exceed gross margin goals.</li><li>
Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent of all merchandising team members.</li><li>
Conduct ongoing talent conversations and develop leadership skills to build store &ldquo;bench.&rdquo;</li><li>
Build and inspire store teams to achieve goals and complete standard work.</li><li>
Generate energy within the store through recognition and transparent in-the-moment conversations.</li><li>
Engage with guests throughout the store, provide sales assistance, and uphold a high standard of guest service to ensure an exceptional experience.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications
</h2>Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience working with Tableau is preferred.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Visual Merchandise Supervisor

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.
Certificates and Licenses: Vocational certificate or degree in interior design. Must successfully complete the internal certification program at Living Spaces.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
