This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in early childhood education while making a meaningful difference in children's lives.Duties<ul><li>Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.</li><li>Assist with classroom management to ensure a safe, organized, and inclusive environment conducive to learning and play.</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social-emotional development, behavior management, and early childhood skills.</li><li>Help supervise children during activities such as snack time, outdoor play, nap time, and transitions between lessons.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with children, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere.</li><li>Assist with classroom organization, including preparing materials for lessons and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with young children in preschool, or private school settings is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices is helpful.</li><li>Classroom experience involving toddler care will support your success.</li><li>Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with staff and engage positively with children and families.</li></ul>Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
