The ideal candidate will have experience in various office tasks and must possess strong organizational skills.Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties to support office operations - Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls - Provide administrative support to staff as needed - Handle office management tasks such as organizing files and supplies - Medical Coding and working with insurance companies to attest diagnosis - Support the back-office nursing staff by obtaining vitals, verifying medication lists, and assisting the doctor if needed.Requirements: - Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles - Proficiency in data entry and use of office software - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in medical coding - Knowledge of medical terminologyThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where your skills will be valued and developed.
