Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager/Biller to lead our HR operations and ensure seamless payroll processing. This vital role combines talent management, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration with a focus on fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be energized by driving organizational success through effective HR strategies, managing payroll systems, and supporting leadership in workforce planning. Your proactive approach will help us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee orientation, and talent acquisition initiatives.</li><li>Manage payroll processing using systems such as Paychex, ADP, Workday, or Ceridian to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.</li><li>Administer employee benefits programs and handle benefits-related inquiries to promote employee well-being and satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and other regulatory requirements.</li><li>Lead performance management processes including employee evaluations, succession planning, and training &amp; development programs.</li><li>Facilitate conflict management and employee relations efforts to foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Utilize HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft for data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Support organizational design efforts and assist senior leadership with strategic planning related to human capital management.</li><li>Conduct HR sourcing activities to identify talent needs and improve recruitment strategies using ATS tools like Taleo or Paylocity.</li><li>Manage HR projects including change management initiatives and process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience supervising HR teams or managing HR functions within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment &amp; labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.</li><li>Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and succession planning.</li><li>Proficiency with payroll systems such as Paychex, ADP, Workday or Kronos; experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes; strong presentation skills are essential for reporting findings to leadership.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of contracts management and process improvement methodologies is advantageous.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are a plus.
