Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of TDS, basic accounting principles, and hands-on experience with Tally.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.</li><li>Calculate, deduct, and file TDS accurately as per statutory requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Manage bank reconciliations and vendor payments.</li><li>Support the finance team during audits and compliance checks.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of TDS rules &amp; filing procedures.</li><li>Good understanding of basic accounting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).</li><li>Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
