Job Title: HR ExecutiveLocation: Knowledge Park - 2 Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager / HR HeadJob Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and other HR activities. This role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and contributes to building a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li><li>Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies.</li><li>Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.</li><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.</li><li>Employee Relations</li><li>Address employee queries and grievances.</li><li>Maintain HR records and personnel files.</li><li>Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.</li><li>Training &amp; Development</li><li>Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.</li><li>Track employee skill development and training records.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or related roles preferred.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
