About the Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multi-family housing properties. You'll play a key role in everything from leasing and compliance to community engagement and resident relations.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lease &amp; show available units to prospective residents</li><li>
Interview residents to help predetermine qualification</li><li>
Assist with rent collection and delinquencies</li><li>
Generate relevant documents for resident move ins</li><li>
Process affordable housing applications/certifications</li><li>
Verify information via third party for accuracy</li><li>
Enforce occupancy policies and procedures</li><li>
Day-to-day resident relations and correspondence</li><li>
Achieve resident retention via community engagement and activities</li><li>
Complete &quot;make ready&quot; process of vacant units as needed</li><li>
Inspect units and overall property condition</li><li>
Carry a company issued cell phone for on-call and after-hour emergencies</li><li>
Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners</li><li>
Communicate with and assist Compliance Department</li><li>
Work closely with maintenance team to coordinate work orders and vendors, when necessary</li><li>
Update SharePoint site daily</li><li>
Complete monthly workflows in Yardi Voyager</li><li>
Submit various monthly and/or annual reports</li><li>
Comply with all Fair Housing laws</li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with standard office software</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to pass a criminal background check</li><li>
Property management experience is a plus - but not required! We're happy to train the right candidate</li></ul>
