LMC Corporation is looking for a Project Manager with JOC experience and strong skills in Line Item Estimating to join our team. This role is all about taking ownership&mdash;managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and making sure projects deliver on time and on point.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.</li><li>
Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types.</li><li>
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.</li><li>
Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.</li><li>
Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices.</li><li>
Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.</li><li>
Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.</li></ul>
Requirements:

What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>
Proven experience managing construction projects, with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC).</li><li>
Expertise in Line Item Estimating.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and leadership skills&mdash;you can juggle multiple projects at once.</li><li>
Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar).</li><li>
Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.</li></ul>
