<ul><li>Taking over from the previous shift sister.</li><li>Administration of oral drugs, intravenous and intramuscular injections, dressings etc to the patient.</li><li>Bed making and sponging of patients.</li><li>Checking of all inventories like medicines, equipment etc.</li><li>Going on rounds with the doctors, assisting them in various procedures and following their instructions.</li><li>Filling the laboratory requisition form and sending the sample to the laboratory.</li><li>Taking appointments from X-ray, Sonography and sending the patients for tests.</li><li>Ensuring total pre-operative and post-operative care to the patient.</li><li>Preparing indents and sending to the I.P store.</li><li>Taking care of all equipments in the ward.</li><li>Co-ordinate with Ward Secretary regarding admission, discharge and billing activities.</li><li>Co-ordination with F &amp; B department regarding patient diet.</li><li>Continuous monitoring of critical patients and informing the doctors in case of any emergency.</li><li>Giving Psychological support to the patient.</li><li>Filling of requisite forms like birth certificate etc.</li><li>Maintaining nursing and medical records related to daily routine on patient and various registers for diet, ECG etc.</li><li>Orient new comers to ward routines and systems.</li><li>Administration of I.V therapy.</li><li>Setting up special procedure trays, dressing trolleys and assisting doctors</li><li>Getting all the instruments sterilized in the autoclave before performing any procedures.</li><li>Ensure that the trolleys, oxygen cylinders etc are available at all times.</li><li>Informing the Nursing Supervisor on the patient&rsquo;s condition.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Staff Nurse: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
