 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Channel Partner Relationship Manager with 3&ndash;5 years of working experience to join our Sales/Business Development team and help in expanding our partner ecosystem across MENA and Central Asia. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, regional market expertise, and a proven track record in driving partner-led growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners/Business Partners to expand market reach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training, enablement, and support to partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute partner performance improvement plans to boost sales and revenue.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to refine strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve partner conflicts and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on partner KPIs(e.g., revenue, pipeline, market penetration).
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage partner contracts, compliance, and governance in line with company policies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and relationship management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in CRM tools and partner management platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of MENA/Central Asia business practices, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel within the region as required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum: 3 years in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: 5 years of relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Existing network of partners in MENA/Central Asia.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education/Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred: MBA or certifications in channel management/sales.
 </li>
