Senior Electrician &ndash; Maintenance Department(HVAC, HT/LT Panels, Utilities &amp; Plant Electrical Systems)A. Core Electrical Maintenance<ul><li>Ensure safe operation and maintenance of HT &amp; LT electrical systems, transformers, VCB panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, and distribution boards.</li><li>Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and rectify complex electrical faults with minimum downtime.</li><li>Ensure proper earthing systems, lightning arresters, and power factor improvement systems.</li><li>Supervise energy consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives.</li></ul>B. HVAC &amp; Utilities Electrical Systems<ul><li>Maintain electrical components of HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust &amp; ventilation systems).</li><li>Monitor motors, VFDs, starters, control panels, sensors, and thermostats.</li><li>Coordinate with HVAC vendors for major repairs and AMC activities.</li><li>Ensure uninterrupted power supply to temperature-controlled and critical production areas.</li></ul>C. HT Line &amp; External Electrical Infrastructure<ul><li>Oversee HT line operations, sub-station equipment, and electrical yard safety.</li><li>Coordinate with electricity board / DISCOM for shutdowns, inspections, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure proper operation of transformers, isolators, CT/PT, protection relays, and meters.</li><li>Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with electrical inspectorate norms.</li></ul>D. Safety, Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety rules, LOTO procedures, and PPE usage.</li><li>Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for maintenance staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Electricity Rules, ISO/FSSC/USFDA safety standards (as applicable).</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.</li></ul>E. Team Leadership &amp; Training<ul><li>Supervise junior electricians and contract technicians.</li><li>Guide, mentor, and train juniors in safe electrical practices.</li><li>Allocate work, verify job completion, and ensure quality workmanship.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QA, and utility departments for smooth operations.</li></ul>2️ Junior Electrician &ndash; Maintenance Department(ITI &ndash; Electrical Trade Fresher)A. Basic Electrical Maintenance Support<ul><li>Assist senior electricians in routine electrical maintenance work.</li><li>Carry out basic wiring, cable dressing, termination, and panel housekeeping.</li><li>Replace electrical components such as switches, sockets, lamps, fuses, and MCBs.</li><li>Support breakdown maintenance under supervision.</li></ul>B. Panel &amp; Equipment Assistance<ul><li>Assist in maintenance of LT panels, MCC panels, lighting panels, and motor control systems.</li><li>Perform visual inspection of panels for overheating, loose connections, and abnormalities.</li><li>Help in motor lubrication, cleaning, and alignment work as instructed.</li></ul>C. HVAC &amp; Utility Assistance<ul><li>Support electrical work related to HVAC systems such as fans, exhaust systems, blowers, and control panels.</li><li>Assist in monitoring temperature control equipment and power supply to utilities.</li><li>Help in minor troubleshooting under guidance.</li></ul>D. Safety &amp; Good Housekeeping<ul><li>Follow all electrical safety rules and instructions of seniors.</li><li>Use PPE like gloves, safety shoes, helmet, and insulated tools.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and proper tool handling at the workplace.</li><li>Report unsafe conditions, abnormalities, or incidents immediately.</li></ul>E.
