We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive with a strong background in US accounting to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in managing accounts receivables, accounts payables, and preparing financial statements in accordance with US accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end accounts receivable and payable processes</li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting standards</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in US-based accounting</li><li>Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management</li><li>Willingness to work full-time from our office in Mohali</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
