This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other key digital platforms.</li><li>Ensure every campaign delivers measurable ROI and supports business objectives.</li></ul>Creative &amp; Data Optimization<ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copies, visuals, and videos.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to refine creatives and improve performance metrics.</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Conversion<ul><li>Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract qualified leads, particularly for real estate projects.</li><li>Manage the complete lead funnel&mdash;from ad click to conversion tracking.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPL, ROAS using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.</li><li>Share actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and sales outcomes.</li></ul>Audience Segmentation &amp; Targeting<ul><li>Build and optimize audience groups and remarketing lists based on user behavior and demographics.</li><li>Continuously improve targeting to boost conversion rates and minimize budget waste.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Communication<ul><li>Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.</li><li>Align with cross-functional teams for better campaign execution and business results.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: BBA or MBA in Marketing (Required)</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;1 year managing paid media campaigns (real estate experience is a plus)</li><li>Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Marketing, and Remarketing techniques</li><li>Analytical thinker with experience in A/B testing and data-driven optimization</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Passionate about achieving targets and business growth</li></ul>Why Join Us?At Radium Technology, you&rsquo;ll work in a dynamic environment where creativity meets data.
