OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join Loan Factory, one of the fastest-growing mortgage platforms in the U.S. In this role, you will guide clients through the mortgage process from origination to closing while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.This position is ideal for Loan Officers who want greater income control, access to strong operational support, and a transparent compensation model without commission splits or monthly fees.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the loan origination process from initial consultation through closing.</li><li>Assess borrower needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans.</li><li>Conduct credit analysis and financial assessments to determine borrower eligibility.</li><li>Negotiate loan terms in compliance with Fair Housing, TILA, and RESPA guidelines.</li><li>Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with FNMA and investor standards.</li><li>Utilize mortgage and financial software to process and track loan files.</li><li>Collaborate with processors, underwriters, escrow officers, and internal teams to ensure timely closings.</li><li>Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (required).</li><li>Experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred; newly licensed candidates with strong sales backgrounds are welcome.</li><li>Strong financial sales and negotiation skills.</li><li>Knowledge of underwriting processes, mortgage compliance, escrow procedures, and loan documentation.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li></ul>Why Loan FactoryLoan Factory provides Loan Officers with the tools, support, and compensation structure needed to grow without traditional limitations.<ul><li>100% commission minus a flat fee of $595</li><li>No monthly (desk/junk) fee.
