 The Design Manager for Design Development leads and oversees all aspects of the design development phase, ensuring that designs are executed accurately, creatively, and efficiently.  Oversee the development of design concepts into practical, detailed designs.

 Ensure that designs are consistent with the company&rsquo;s brand, vision, and user experience goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve design deliverables such as sketches, prototypes, and finalized assets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Architecture, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 12+ years of experience in design management, with a focus on design development or a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leadership:
 
 Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Software proficiency:
 
 Skilled in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Project Management:
 
 Strong understanding of project management processes and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communication:
 
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients..
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Problem-Solving:
 
 Ability to address and resolve design and development challenges.
 </li>
