 We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to manage all MEP-related aspects of our development projects across both pre-contract (design review, tender evaluation) and post-contract (construction supervision, testing &amp; commissioning) phases.
 
 
 Essential:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 8+ years UAE/GCC real estate development experience (mandatory)
 
 
 &bull; Experience with premium developers
 
 
 &bull; Proven experience in BOTH pre-contract and post-contract phases
 
 
 &bull; Residential and/or mixed-use development projects (mandatory)
 
 
 &bull; Strong MEP design review and coordination experience
 
 
 &bull; MEP construction supervision and commissioning experience
 
 
 &bull; DEWA connection and approval process experience (mandatory)
 
 
 &bull; Civil Defense fire protection approval experience (mandatory)
 
 
 &bull; Track record of successful MEP delivery on projects AED 100M+
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 &bull; Developer-side experience (not just contractor or consultant background)
 
 
 &bull; High-rise or complex MEP project experience
 
 
 &bull; Experience with international MEP consultants
 
 
 &bull; District cooling project experience
 
 
 &bull; Smart building and BMS experience
 
 
 &bull; Green building and sustainability project experience
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to complete project lifecycle (design to handover)
 
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Professional Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential:
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
 
 
 &bull; Valid UAE driving license
 
 
 
 
 
 Highly Preferred:
 
 
 &bull; Master's degree in MEP Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Professional certifications:
 
 
 o Chartered Engineer (CEng) - IMechE, IET, or equivalent
 
 
 o Professional Engineer (PE) registration
 
 
 o LEED AP (Building Design + Construction) or Estidama PQP
 
 
 o Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) or similar
