We are building a team and looking for key people to support content creation. Location is in person in Miami FloridaWe are the Lobsterboys (company founded 2015) &mdash; two brothers, fourth-generation lobster fishermen and entrepreneurs building a fast-growing brand and media platform across business, lifestyle, and storytelling.We&rsquo;re building out a team of Videographers / Content Creators who wants to be embedded in the day-to-day, helping shape, capture, and scale content that reaches millions.This is a full-time, in-person role with high output, fast turnaround, and real creative ownership.The Role: 4 Core Pillars1) Content Planning &amp; Ideation (10%-15% of the time)<ul><li>Work directly with the founders to plan content on a rolling 1&ndash;2 week basis</li><li>Help map out what we&rsquo;re shooting and why (themes, formats, priorities)</li><li>Bring ideas for new formats across short-form, long-form, and live content</li><li>Ensure we are organized and intentional, not reactive</li></ul>2) Production: Filming &amp; Shoot Execution (45% - 50%)<ul><li>Film daily, in-person content across:</li><li>Business (meetings, deals, operations)</li><li>Lifestyle (training, routines, day-to-day)</li><li>Behind-the-scenes of building a company</li><li>Set up and manage:</li><li>Podcasts (multi-cam, audio, lighting)</li><li>Live streams (YouTube, Twitch, Kick)</li><li>On-location shoots (NYC + occasional travel)</li><li>Capture content quickly, consistently, and at high quality</li></ul>3) Editing &amp; Content Creation (20%-25%)<ul><li>Turn footage into:</li><li>Short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)</li><li>Long-form content across platforms</li><li>Podcast edits and clips</li><li>Create fast, engaging, story-driven content</li><li>Add design elements (text, pacing, hooks, structure, graphics)</li><li>Maintain a consistent content style and quality</li></ul>4) Distribution &amp; Platform Engagement (20%)<ul><li>Publish and distribute content across:</li><li>TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X</li><li>Live and streaming platforms (Twitch, Kick)</li><li>Optimize content for each platform</li><li>Manage posting cadence and timing</li><li>Monitor performance and engagement</li><li>Help identify what&rsquo;s working and iterate quickly</li></ul>What This Role Requires<ul><li>Creativity with an entrepreneurial mindset</li><li>In-person presence wherever the co-founders are</li><li>This is a full-time role, primarily Monday through Friday.
