We are looking for an analytical and experienced Team Lead to oversee our remote Data Entry Specialist team. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring submission accuracy, coaching team members, improving workflows, and maintaining high productivity standards.The ideal candidate has a background in analytics, finance, mathematics, business intelligence, or related fields, along with leadership experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, conducting coaching sessions, auditing accounts for accuracy, tracking KPIs, analyzing operational reports, and implementing process improvements.Candidates should have strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, advanced spreadsheet/reporting abilities, and experience managing multiple priorities. Experience leading remote teams and working with workflow management systems is preferred.This is a full-time remote position requiring availability during US CST business hours, along with reliable internet and a professional work environment.Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs208,794.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
