Role SummaryThe Collections/AR Executive will be responsible for managing customer billing, following up on outstanding payments, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely cash inflow. This role supports US-based logistics clients, so accuracy, communication skills, and understanding of freight/logistics billing are essential.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process for US logistics clients.</li><li>Generate and send invoices, rate confirmation bills, PODs, and supporting documents to customers.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for outstanding/overdue payments.</li><li>Maintain and update aging reports, trackers, and payment status in the system.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to resolve billing discrepancies.</li><li>Handle disputes, short payments, chargebacks, and document issues professionally.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all communication and follow-up activities.</li><li>Assist in month-end closing and AR reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and US client requirements.</li><li>Build strong working relationships with customers for smoother collections.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections / AR, preferably in US Logistics / Freight / Dispatch.</li><li>Strong understanding of invoices, rate sheets, detention, TONU, lumper, PODs, OS&amp;D, etc.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot, trackers).</li><li>Ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically.</li><li>Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with TMS, QuickBooks, or other AR tools (preferred).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,381.54 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AR Associate: 1 year (Required)</li><li>US Logistics: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Mohali, Punjab (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job description<ul><li>Build loads/set appointments in appropriate programs (TMS, TMW, FM).</li><li>Enter all necessary and accurate information to ensure data integrity.</li><li>Track and trace for on time pickups and deliveries and update TMS. Provide discretion in resetting appointments.</li><li>Set pick-up and delivery appointments with warehouses.</li><li>Communicate with internal and external groups, especially on high priority loads and clients.</li><li>Proactively provide tracking updates to clients and warehouses.</li><li>Prioritize tracking and appointment setting based on time constraints and client priority.</li><li>Conduct client interactions via email and phone contact.</li><li>Communicate directions for each new client and enter precisely in the system.</li><li>Build and maintain client relationships and improve client retention.</li><li>Acquire and retain knowledge of each client&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Assist clients with any special needs (trailer type, bracing, pads, etc.).</li><li>Effectively monitor all loads assigned for the designated client account from start to finish.</li><li>Secure and present all necessary information needed to execute logistical plans as determined by the client.</li><li>Document all special service requirements of clients and warehouses.</li><li>Maintain daily reporting.</li><li>Manage and document all unplanned accessorial charge issues related to the client and related warehouses.</li><li>Represent the client when working with contracted carriers.</li><li>Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve in its operations.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Associate degree in related field or equivalent professional experience preferred (1-2 years in a Canadian or US- Canadian logistics company will be prioritized).</li><li>Prior client service or chat process experience required.</li><li>Ability to type 30-40 words per minute.</li><li>Knowledge of TMS or other relevant logistics software.</li><li>MS Outlook proficient and familiar with other MS apps.</li><li>Ability to work well under stress and excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Native fluency in the English language, verbal as well as written.
