As a Vendor Management Trainee, you&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience across the full vendor lifecycle, from discovering and onboarding exceptional linguistic and creative specialists worldwide, to negotiating terms, supporting training, and monitoring performance. This well-rounded programme will equip you with the skills, global mindset, and industry insight to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, building a strong foundation for a future in vendor management and beyond.
 
 
 
 Role
 
 
 
 In our fast-paced, multicultural team, you&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience sourcing, onboarding, and developing top talent worldwide while supporting key business needs. In this role, you&rsquo;ll get to:

 Source outstanding freelancers and suppliers using LinkedIn Recruiter
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify, interview, and onboard new vendors in multiple disciplines (e.g. linguistics, voice-over, design, video editing)
 </li>

 Grow and develop our existing global talent pool
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage, maintain, and optimise our vendor database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce regular reports on defined KPIs, providing insights to the wider team
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external talent, offering support and guidance when needed
