</li></ul>Essential Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Must be capable of assisting with all phases of both residential and light commercial work including the following: install and weld copper, install VRF systems, set metal duct work, refrigeration piping, setting equipment, low voltage wiring, start-up procedures to building code.</li>
<li>Achieve customers' preferred environmental conditions by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment as required in the vehicle.</li>
<li>Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.</li>
<li>Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.</li>
<li>Wear proper PPE at all times and comply with all safety standards and processes.
</li><li>Identify and report to Management all potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)</li>
</ul>
 Skills
<ul>
<li>Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.</li>
<li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.</li>
<li>One or more years&rsquo; experience in installation of all HVAC systems and equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.</li>
</ul>
 Additional Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li>
<li>Valid social security number</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company</li>
<li>Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.</li>
<li>Observe all company procedures and safety rules</li>
<li>Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required</li>
<li>Neat, professional appearance</li>
