Requirements 

<ul><li>
Previous experience in precast concrete fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret CAD production drawings accurately.</li><li>
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.</li><li>
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed</li><li>
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to accommodate production schedules.</li><li>
Work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.</li><li>
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.</li></ul>
