 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Scottsdale office. This role reports to LodgeLink&rsquo;s Global IT Support team leader and works closely with local office leadership and external IT service providers as required.
 
 
 The role provides both front-line technology support and general office services assistance, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our growing workspace and ensures technology is optimized for all supported users, including executives.

 , with standard business hours and occasional flexibility to support onboarding or office needs.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Apple and Microsoft environments, and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly. Organized, reliable, and collaborative, they thrive in hands-on, people-facing roles and ensure smooth day-to-day IT and office operations.
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide first-level IT support to employees in the Scottsdale office, troubleshooting Apple and Microsoft hardware and operating systems, as well as software, network and collaboration tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Function as the on-site liaison between employees and LodgeLink&rsquo;s global IT team or local IT partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and maintain deployment of workstations, monitors, and peripheral equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with setup and testing of meeting room technology (Teams Rooms, A/V equipment, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing laptops, setting up user accounts, and collecting equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow company IT security, access control, and asset management procedures when provisioning and supporting devices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support local IT and office technology projects as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help coordinate facilities and maintenance requests.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years in an IT support or similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience supporting Apple and Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pro-active approach to ensuring technology optimization to support operational excellence and productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to build strong relationships and trust with all levels of the organization, including executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting mixed-device environments, including Apple and Windows devices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues systematically and resolve them efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting end-user hardware, peripherals, and collaboration technology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to explain technical issues in simple, practical terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, organized, and proactive, with a customer service mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
