 We are looking for passionate and impact-driven CS Articleship Trainees to assist in corporate secretarial and compliance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in ROC/MCA filings and statutory compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting notices, minutes, and resolutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining statutory records
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in audits and due diligence
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compliance team ensuring corporate law adherence
 </li>
 <li>
 Client coordination for document collection and submission
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Eligibility:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 CS student registered with ICSI cleared the CS Executive Programme and is eligible to commence Articleship.
 </li>
 <li>
 Candidates who have partially or fully cleared the CS Professional Programme will be an added advantage.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills Acquired:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drafting and reviewing corporate and compliance documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to financial statements, statutory filings, and tax-related compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with partners, professionals, and regulatory authorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in handling compliance and governance matters
 </li>
