 . Experience in independent handling of documentation in relation to land acquisition and
 
 
 transfer (including JDA, collaboration agreements, sale/transfer/conveyance deeds).
 
 
 &bull; Fluent and well versed with the process of undertaking land title due diligences in
 
 
 Maharashtra (DD exposure in NCR will be an added bonus).
 
 
 &bull; Should have led/played significant role and executed land acquisition transactions.
 
 
 &bull; Experience in drafting other real estate specific documentation such as MOUs/ATSs/Term
 
 
 Sheets/LOIs/RFPs.
 
 
 &bull; Exposure with acquisitions/JDAs/land transactions in real estate market in NCR will be
 
 
 an added bonus (not mandatory).
 
 
 &bull; Exposure working on RERA related documentation and RERA specific compliances
 
 
 (specifically for Maharashtra/Delhi/Haryana).
 
 
 &bull; Draft, review and negotiate a variety of property specific documents including but not
 
 
 limited to JDAs, collaboration agreements, MOUs, term sheets, sale deeds, LOIs.
 
 
 &bull; Conduct extensive due diligence for potential business deals.
 
 
 &bull; Assist in the structuring and negotiating of complex land acquisition transactions.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with external law firms on various projects from time to time.
 
 
 &bull; Attend meetings with stakeholders (internal and external) if required.
 
 
 &bull; Understand legal requirement vis-&agrave;-vis immovable properties and support internal teams
 
 
 to close acquisition transactions.
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with other departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
