As a teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Secondary curriculum for students in the Secondary grades. Your role will involve teaching Secondary concepts, fostering critical thinking skills, promoting cultural understanding, and encouraging active participation in the learning process. You will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensuring all your lessons, units, and projects are clearly understood by your students.</li><li>Staying current with any changes and developments to the national teaching curriculum.</li><li>Working with your colleagues to coordinate lesson plans where other subjects can complement your lessons.</li><li>Being able to adapt your instructional materials and teaching methods to meet the classes varying learning abilities.</li><li>Creating lesson plans that deliver a balance of instruction, demonstration, and work time, so that pupils are provided with the opportunity to observe, question, and investigate.</li><li>Being creative and enthusiastic about using different teaching methods, including solo work, group work, whole-class work, demonstrations, and experiments.</li><li>A passion for Excellence &ndash; Recognizing one&rsquo;s full potential without any undue arrogance &amp; unfair comparison</li></ul>Education Qualification &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree along with B.Ed/M.Ed from an accredited college or university with subject Specialization.</li><li>Proven experience(Experience- More than 3 Years) as a Physics Teacher.</li><li>Extremely strong command of Physics Content &ndash; up to 12th standard</li><li>A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
