Job Summary 
We are seeking experienced, skilled pipefitters to join our growing team. In this position you will be responsible for planning and installing all piping systems for our construction project/sites as assigned. You should have ample experience in welding, joining, and installing a variety of piping systems, as well as installing manual and electric safety valves.

Essential Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Configure pipe systems blueprint and plan piping systems layouts.</li>
<li>Ensure all steam, water, chemicals, or other liquids are turned off before working on the piping system.</li>
<li>Precisely cut, bend, and weld metals such as carbon and stainless steel.</li>
<li>Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials from pipes as needed.</li>
<li>Install piping or tubing segments securely with welding or other equipment.</li>
<li>Thread, weld, solder piping together.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications

Required:
<ul>
<li>Three years' experience as a pipefitter or pipe-fitter apprenticeship preferred.</li>
<li>High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeship required.</li>
<li>Must meet all state license requirements.</li>
<li>Accurate and precise attention to detail.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the drive to learn and grow.</li>
<li>Must be able to work as a team and solve problems.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Accurate and precise attention to detail.</li>
<li>Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations regarding piping systems.</li>

Job Summary 
The QAQC Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program for large-scale electrical data center construction projects. This role ensures all work complies with design specifications, customer requirements, industry codes, and company standards. The QAQC Manager will lead a team of QAQC Technicians and coordinate closely with project management, field operations, commissioning teams, and clients to drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Quality Management &amp; Oversight:
<ul>
<li>Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QAQC plans, procedures, and inspection/test plans in alignment with company standards and project requirements.</li>
<li>Lead QAQC kickoff and coordination meetings with project and client stakeholders.</li>
<li>Oversee all inspection activities, including installation verification, workmanship checks, and system testing for electrical systems such as power distribution, grounding, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.</li>
<li>Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation and compliance.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable codes and standards.</li></ul> 
Documentation &amp; Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Manage QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), test results, and turnover packages.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inspection logs and coordinate final quality turnover documentation to support commissioning and client closeout.</li>
<li>Utilize QAQC tools for inspection tracking, issue management, and documentation control.</li></ul> 


Coordination &amp; Leadership:
<ul>
<li>Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to QAQC field technicians.</li>
<li>Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Support and participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned initiatives.</li>
<li>Interface with clients, general contractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure alignment and compliance with quality expectations.</li></ul> 


Continuous Improvement:
<ul>
<li>Conduct audits and performance reviews to monitor adherence to quality standards.</li>
<li>Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance the company's QAQC program.</li>
<li>Support training and development for field teams to reinforce best practices and code compliance.</li>
</ul>
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:
<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of QAQC experience in electrical construction, preferably in data center, mission-critical, or industrial projects.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing large-scale electrical QAQC programs from installation through commissioning.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, and local jurisdictional codes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with electrical testing procedures, including megger, torque, continuity, insulation resistance, and ground testing.</li>
<li>Proficiency with digital QAQC management platforms (e.g., Fieldwire, Procore, CxAlloy).</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and submittals.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of commissioning, turnover documentation, and quality processes in the data center environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Problem-solving and decision-making mindset with a focus on quality and accountability.</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.</li>
