<ul><li>Production Oversight: To oversee the entire lens manufacturing process, which includes surfacing, polishing, coating, and edging. This involves setting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and ensuring they are met.</li><li>Quality Control: To implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure every lens meets industry standards and customer specifications. They should be responsible for leading efforts to reduce defects and improve product quality.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuous analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
