We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the repair, maintenance, and improvement of farm and post driver equipment used in our shop and field operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving mechanical problems and keeping equipment operating at peak performance.
Pay
$20.00&ndash;$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Hours
Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM 
40&ndash;50 hours per week depending on season 
Overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 40

Duties / Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain, repair, and modify farm and construction equipment</li><li>
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues</li><li>
Repair hydraulic systems including hoses, cylinders, pumps, and fittings</li><li>
Perform welding and light fabrication as needed</li><li>
Assist with painting, prep, and finishing of equipment</li><li>
Support field crews with equipment setup and on-site repairs</li><li>
Load and unload materials, equipment, and deliveries</li><li>
Occasionally assist customers with equipment-related questions</li></ul>
Qualifications / Requirements<ul><li>
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability</li><li>
Experience with farm machinery, construction equipment, or similar systems</li><li>
Knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems</li><li>
Welding or fabrication experience preferred</li><li>
Comfortable operating forklifts, loaders, or similar equipment (or willing to learn)</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Ability to lift 50+ lbs</li><li>
Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently</li><li>
Willing to work both in the shop and on job sites</li></ul>
