<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
3+ years of design experience with a B2B SaaS product</li><li>
Experience building prototypes and wireframes with exceptional aesthetics</li><li>
Hands-on experience with modern UX design concepts and tools</li><li>
Ability to prioritize and manage work independently</li><li>
Excellent collaboration and organization skills</li><li>
Comfortable with jumping into the codebase and fixing UI inconsistencies with the help of Copilot or similar tools.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide creative output and direction to help achieve the vision for our products</li><li>
Contribute designs and wireframes to upcoming product features</li><li>
Assist in establishing design guidelines, best practices, and standards of quality in all design work</li><li>
Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction</li><li>
Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs</li><li>
Collect user feedback to help inform the product road map and prioritization</li><li>
Ability to read and modify basic front-end code</li><li>
Experience using and contributing to the living style guide in the codebase</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

This is an estimated range for the position, a competitive equity package is also offered. Actual compensation is based on several factors, including experience level and skillset.</div><div>
