This is a unique opportunity to advance your nursing career with a full-time commitment for 13 weeks in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment. As a Seasonal RN in our ICU, you'll care for critically ill patients with life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, multi-organ failure, ARDS, and complex post-operative complications. You'll also work with advanced life-support systems, including ventilators, CRRT, and ECMO, while gaining invaluable experience managing patients with acute trauma, advanced cardiac care, and neurocritical conditions.

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of two (2) years&rsquo; experience in similar position.</li><li>
Open Heart nursing experience is preferred.</li><li>
Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.</li><li>
Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required as dictated by each practice/service line.</li><li>
Additional certifications may be required as applicable to assigned area(s).</li></ul>

Shift:
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule: Full-time hours (36 hours per week) for 13 weeks, 12-hour night shifts

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT, is looking for a Lab Prep Technician to join their lab team!
We are seeking someone with attention to detail to perform a variety of office and clinical lab duties. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of slides, smears, and cell blocks while working closely with pathologists and cytotechnologists. You will also be responsible for preparing specimens for send outs, as well as stocking supplies and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma required.</li><li>
Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy, or Physiology preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of one (1) year&rsquo;s experience in laboratory clinical or pathology section preferred.</li><li>

Job Specific Duties:<ul><li>
Assists in various duties including, but not limited to; loading and unloading centrifuges, storing of specimens, ordering and inventory control, specimen preparation, etc.</li><li>
Properly prepares specimens in an effort to expedite diagnosis. Adheres to all specimen processing procedures.</li><li>
Acts as liaison between appropriate stakeholders during daily operational work flow per department protocol.</li><li>
Checks equipment temperatures per department procedures.</li><li>
Prints pending lists and locates specimens as needed.</li><li>
Adheres by documentation procedures. Follows format, policies and procedures for the admission, registration, and test ordering in the system. Accurately orders and cancels tests in the defined LIS system.</li><li>
Reviews and ensures accurate patient identification and information per department procedures.</li><li>
Performs routine preventative maintenance on instruments, cleans department area and equipment per department protocol.</li><li>
Participates in the technical training of specimen preparations per department protocol.</li></ul>

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are Monday - Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Times may vary slightly based on business need. Closed on holidays, and this position may participate in on-call rotation.
