This is more than a coaching job &mdash; it&rsquo;s an opportunity to lead, inspire, and help shape the future of our FitFam Nation.As the Lead Trainer, you&rsquo;ll be the heartbeat of our training floor &mdash; setting the tone for excellence, guiding members through high-energy group sessions, and delivering individualized coaching that drives measurable progress. You&rsquo;ll also have the unique opportunity to build lasting rapport with personal training clients, delivering exceptional 1:1 and small-group experiences that go beyond workouts to create real, life-changing results.You&rsquo;ll design tailored programs, monitor progress through tools like InBody, and serve as a trusted accountability partner to your clients &mdash; celebrating victories, overcoming obstacles, and helping them unlock their best selves.You&rsquo;ll also play a key leadership role in mentoring junior coaches, contributing to program innovation, and ensuring that every member&rsquo;s experience aligns with the energy and excellence that define Loganitus Training.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Coach with purpose: Lead dynamic, safe, and effective group classes and 1-on-1 sessions that inspire confidence and results.</li><li>Deliver personalized training: Create structured, goal-driven training programs that help clients achieve fat loss, strength, and performance goals.</li><li>Motivate and connect: Build genuine relationships that keep members accountable and excited to show up.</li><li>Elevate the standard: Uphold and model the 5 Cs of Loganitus Coaching &mdash; Count, Cue, Correct, Celebrate, Challenge.</li><li>Collaborate and grow: Work closely with the coaching team to develop creative programming, attend team trainings, and contribute ideas that drive member success.</li><li>Track progress: Use data (InBody, goal reviews, etc.) to monitor client progress and celebrate milestones.</li><li>Represent the brand: Be the face of Loganitus Training &mdash; on the floor, online, and in the community.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Certified, experienced, and ready to lead.
