<div>Job Description: 
<ul><li>
Responsibilities include trash collection and removal, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
</li><li>Regular cleaning of plumbing fixtures, window glass, and stairways also required.</li><li>
This job is 2:00pm - 10:30pm, 8 hours a day and requires occasional heavy lifting and some knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.</li><li>
Must be able to climb a ladder to assist with changing light bulbs in ceiling fixtures.</li><li>
Assist with snow removal when circumstances require it.</li><li>
Perform related duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Job Requirements: 
<ul><li>
Must have the ability to push, pull, lift and carry items weighing more than 10 pounds.</li><li>
Must be able to bend over, reach downward or upward, and to wring a wet mop.</li><li>
Must maintain storage areas in an organized fashion.</li><li>
Maintain school facilities and grounds in condition of operating excellence, cleanliness and safety so that full educational use of the facility can take place.</li></ul> 
Job Qualifications: 
 
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent and must have the ability to communicate with fellow employees and read English.</li><li>
Upon offer, applicant must complete and clear a drug screen and expanded criminal history background check for school personnel as required by IN state law.</li></ul></div>
