What you'll be building
LOGEX operates one of Europe&rsquo;s most valuable provider data networks financial &amp; operational data combined with clinical &amp; pathway data spanning more than 1,000 healthcare providers across &gt;10 European countries. For years, we turned that data into insight through deep domain expertise, actionable solutions and hands-on service delivery. That built real trust.
LOGEX has grown significantly through acquisition bringing together leading analytics products across the Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, the Nordics, and beyond. Each acquisition added capability and market depth, but also added its own data infrastructure, ingestion logic, and data models. The result is a fragmented data landscape that constrains what we can do with the intelligence we already hold.
As Product Owner of the Healthcare Intelligence Platform (Data Platform), your job is to replace that inherited complexity with a single, AI-native data foundation &mdash; one that connects what we have across markets, automates what we still do manually, and surfaces insights that are currently out of reach. Your work is the foundation on which Provider and Real-World Data Intelligence both depend. When you get it right, a hospital finance director in Germany, a clinician in the Netherlands, and researchers modelling treatment pathways are all drawing from the same trusted, connected, real-time data source. 
Own the data contract and standards layer
Define, enforce, and iterate on the data contracts that govern how financial, operational, clinical, and pathway data enters the platform &mdash; across geographies and source systems. Make data available in the pipeline within hours, not weeks. You are accountable for that pipeline being production-grade.
Drive the transition to FHIR-native, open-standard architecture
Lead adoption of HL7 FHIR, OMOP CDM, and LOGEX-internal standards as the interoperability backbone for DE, UK, NL and new markets. Reduce integration friction that today forces every new hospital onboarding to restart from scratch.
Build AI in by design, not by retrofit
You have a clear view of where AI-assisted validation, automated enrichment, and intelligent anomaly detection belong in the data pipeline &mdash; and where they don&rsquo;t. You have shipped at least one AI-native data capability in a production environment. You are not looking to add an AI feature; you are designing a pipeline where AI is structural.
Enable scalable enrichment with third-party and proprietary data sources
Own the integration and enrichment layer that connects provider data with reference data, prescription datasets, outcomes registries, and derived pathway data &mdash; strengthening the intelligence available to both clinical and pharma audiences.
Lead a team of experienced data engineers
Manage and prioritise a technical backlog with clarity and conviction. Drive engineers toward data content decisions, enabling them to build the right solution rather than the easiest one. You know enough about the engineering to ask the sharp question when something doesn&rsquo;t add up.
Connect the platform to the business lines it serves
Work closely with Product Managers, Customer Office, and the RWD and Provider Analytics teams to ensure the platform delivers curated, trusted data that enables customer value &mdash; not data that requires another layer of interpretation before it&rsquo;s usable.

Product Owner - Healthcare Intelligence Platform

LOGEX is a leader in healthcare analytics, transforming complex data into actionable insights that help organizations make better decisions and improve outcomes.
You will be part of the internal Data Warehouse (DWH) team, a newly established team within LOGEX that will initially consist of around 5 team members. This team represents a new domain within the organization, focused on building and centralizing our internal data foundation.
The team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the internal data warehouse and ensuring consistent, reliable, and scalable data across all business domains. This includes enabling reporting and analytics for functions such as Finance, Product and Tech, Sales, HR, and Customer Office.
Our goal is to create a single source of truth that supports LOGEX in making data-driven decisions. This ranges from financial and operational reporting to performance insights, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. By building a strong and future-proof data foundation, the team plays a key role in improving internal processes, increasing transparency, and supporting the continued growth of LOGEX.
As an Analytics Engineer, you play a key role in building and scaling our data platform. You design and maintain robust data pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources into our data warehouse, and develop reliable data models in Snowflake. You ensure that our data is accurate, accessible, and performs at a high standard, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions.
You work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand how data supports processes and outcomes, translating these needs into scalable solutions. At the same time, you contribute to improving our overall data architecture and establishing best practices across the platform. With a strong passion for data, you focus on creating high-quality, future-proof solutions that drive real impact.
