<div><div>As a Low Voltage Systems Designer, you transform client requirements into secure, code-compliant camera, access-control, and other low-voltage solutions. You will lead discovery calls, interpret floor plans and satellite imagery, and produce precise layouts in System Surveyor for our installation teams. Your designs safeguard people and assets across corporate, healthcare, education, and industrial environments<b>.</b></div>

<b><i>Discovery &amp; Design</i></b></h3>
<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders during discovery calls to confirm technical, budget, and code requirements</li>
<li>Obtain and interpret interior floor plans, draft exterior surveys with Google Earth or equivalent tool.</li>
<li>Design camera, access-control, intercom, and cabling infrastructure in System Surveyor, ensuring NEC/NFPA 70 compliance</li>
</ul><div><b><i>Client Collaboration</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Present conceptual and detailed designs to customers; capture and incorporate feedback into red-lined drawings</li>
<li>Communicate equipment choices, installation methods, and code considerations in clear, customer-friendly language</li>
</ul><div><b><i>Site Surveys &amp; Field Coordination</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Schedule and conduct on-site or virtual surveys, record labor hours, lift requirements, and material take-offs</li>
<li>Support on-site technicians on Day 1 to verify device placement and resolve design questions</li>
</ul><div><b><i>Documentation &amp; Continuous Improvement</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Document all scope changes and circulate updates to internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain manufacturer certifications and complete vendor training on relevant products and software</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<div><div><b><i>Required</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Foundational knowledge of IT hardware and basic networking principles</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with security camera or access-control installations</li>
<li>Familiarity with System Surveyor, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or comparable design tools</li>
</ul><div><b>Education</b></div>
<ul><li><div>High-school diploma or equivalent</div>
