This position is open to remote employees in New York City, NY - </b>with the flexibility to work out of your home office full-time. If you travel to one of our Center of Energy - vibrant locations where our teams connect, collaborate, and innovate - you'll be able to work out of our office spaces with your team.</p>

You'll take a hands-on approach to sales leadership&mdash;driving predictable new sales growth, harnessing AI-driven innovation to optimize execution, and cultivating a high-performing, customer-obsessed enterprise sales team.</b></h3>

The ideal candidate will be both a player-coach and a data-savvy strategist&mdash;able to engage deeply with customers while elevating team performance through intelligent, data-driven leadership and innovation.</p>

<li><b>Team Leadership: </b>Lead and inspire a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives, setting a clear vision and driving regional execution aligned to company objectives.</li>
<li><b>Revenue Achievement: </b>Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and growth goals through disciplined, data-driven execution.</li>
<li><b>Go-to-Market Strategy: </b>Define and execute regional GTM strategies that leverage data, automation, and AI to prioritize high-value opportunities and accelerate growth.</li>
<li><b>Forecasting &amp; Reporting: </b>Deliver accurate and transparent forecasts by combining human insight with data intelligence.</li>
<li><b>Coaching &amp; Talent Development: </b>Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship rooted in data-informed performance feedback and professional growth.</li>
<li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration: </b>Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to align customer priorities with business objectives.</li>
<li><b>Customer Engagement: Act as an executive sponsor on key accounts, driving strategic alignment and value realization.</b></li>
</ul><div><b>What You'll Need:</b>
<ul><li>10+ years of experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications.</li>
<li>3+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams across multiple territories.</li>
<li>Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.</li>
<li>Experience operating within a channel partner&ndash;driven go-to-market model, effectively leveraging partners to accelerate growth.</li>
<li>Skilled in engaging technical audiences and influencing C-level leaders (CIO, CTO); familiarity with Observability or related domains is a plus.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience leveraging AI and intelligent tools to optimize sales processes and improve team productivity.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate through intelligent, data-driven leadership.</li>
<li>Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with exceptional critical thinking, influencing, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li>
