 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 Responsible for executing day-to-day HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring full compliance with labor laws, social insurance regulations, and company policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collect, verify, and file all required documents for new hires (direct and outsourced).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, issue, and maintain employment contracts, renewals, declarations, and other HR documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with banks to issue employee accounts for salary transfers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and complete employee files in compliance with labor and audit requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit social insurance forms (Form 1, Form 6, and related forms).
 </li>
 <li>
 Calculate and reconcile mandatory governmental payments (social insurance, taxes, etc.) on a monthly and annual basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contract renewals and end-of-service procedures to ensure compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee termination and resignation processes in line with labor law and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Register new employees in the attendance system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Remove resigned/terminated employees and update records accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, review, and update attendance transactions, including manual corrections when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate and validate attendance reports for payroll input.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, attendance, and payroll-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with outsourcing companies regarding employee requests, documentation, and administrative processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in HR projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related major
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and HRIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 V. Good command of English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
 </li>

Human Resources Operations Specialist

 Is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality, compliance, and safety of all warehouse, logistics, and operational processes and ensures that products, Inventory conditions, equipment, and handling activities comply with GDP/GMP, OH&amp;S, and environmental management standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Shipping &amp; Receiving Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Verify vehicle conditions during loading/unloading (temperature, cleanliness, integrity, and absence of damage or contamination).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure products are compacted and stacked according to company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Check that products are received and entered correctly, ensuring batches are not mixed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inspect products upon receipt/shipment for safety, production dates, operation numbers, and isolate damaged goods in a designated quarantine area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and document reasons for returns, sign return records, and escalate when necessary.
 </li>

 2. Printing &amp; Labeling Quality Control
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the clean room is properly sanitized before printing operations.
 </li>

 Verify product quantities and details of messages to be printed.

 Monitor and confirm accuracy of product printing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate that printed data matches required product specifications.
 </li>

 3. Vehicle &amp; Equipment Hygiene
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Inspect transport vehicles for cleanliness inside and outside.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure no perforations, odors, or sharp objects are present.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confirm compliance with hygiene and safety requirements before use.
 </li>

 4. Facility &amp; Equipment Monitoring
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Inspect HVAC systems, store flooring, electrical lights, and drainage for malfunctions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure there are no leaks, water damage, or hazards within operational areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate maintenance issues promptly to ensure operational continuity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Warehouse Stock Quality
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Verify pallets are labeled, wrapped, and stored properly in designated locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure pallets are not damaged, open, or placed directly on the floor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor compliance with SOPs and warehouse work systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 6. Quality &amp; Compliance Assurance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented and maintained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address and follow up on customer complaints related to quality issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations comply with GDP/GMP standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>

 7. Health, Safety &amp; Environmental Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Comply with OH&amp;S policies, objectives, and training requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report all incidents, accidents, or near-misses immediately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with environmental management standards and report any environmental incidents.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in science, quality control or any related major.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash; 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical/food industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English both written and spoken.
 </li>
 <li>

 To oversee and manage the daily procurement activities including Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and tender processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Accountabilities:-

 <li>
 Create and follow all RFQ&rsquo;s &amp; Tender through Oracle Fusion System.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete awarding process and create related PO&rsquo;s through Oracle Fusion system with ensuring for proper / complete terms &amp; conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with suppliers to draw up procurement orders: Negotiations, administers, extends, terminates, and renegotiates POs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate and coordinate procurement proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and evaluate price proposals, financial reports, and other date to determine reasonableness of prices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review PO&rsquo;s terms and conditions to make sure that they comply with Egyptian laws and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing and preparing through Oracle Fusion System procurement tenders, auction, and committees, compare sheets for the bidders to make suitable proposal and necessary follow-up decision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate with suppliers for commodity to obtain agreeable price, delivery schedule, and payment terms and discounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare standard procurement profiles, documents, forms and annual reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor all invoices passed to Finance for payment on time and correct in respect of price and discount.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation that keeps track of purchases and use that information to communicate with accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compare costs and evaluate the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confer and assist officials of DPWS departments to determine procurement needs and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Purchase the highest quality merchandise at the economic price and best terms &amp; condition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct interviews and evaluate new DPWS suppliers &amp; services providers to complete registration process and keep a record for quarter / yearly evaluation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University Educational Degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic Procurement management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work Experience minimum 2 years and preferable 3 years.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced negotiation &amp; communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced business writing report &amp; analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in both Arabic &amp; English both oral &amp; written.
