The Logistics Sector Skills Council (LSC) is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to raise awareness of the LSC's digital presence, e-learning programmes, and services to the logistics industry and community.About LSC:The Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is a Section 8 company under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. We aim to enhance skills, foster industry partnerships, and develop engaging educational content to transform the logistics ecosystem.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the LSC's overall marketing goals and objectives.</li><li>Manage the LSC's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring and responding to comments and messages.</li><li>Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote LSC programs, events, and resources.</li><li>Design and maintain engaging content for the LSC website, ensuring it is up-to-date and informative.</li><li>Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve the LSC website's ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs).</li><li>Generating Marketing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.</li><li>Must be able to run ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.</li><li>Analyse website traffic and social media engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed.</li><li>Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.</li><li>Customer Relationship Management</li><li>Capability to do basic graphic designing</li><li>Have to visualize and ideate with the animation team for course creation and for creating posters/brochures/other marketing creatives.</li><li>Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>0-2 years of experience in digital marketing.</li><li>Proven experience in social media marketing, Ads optimisation, and content creation.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Project Management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Experience with the logistics industry (a plus).</li></ul>Why Join LSC?<ul><li>Work with a dynamic and innovative team in the logistics sector.</li><li>Be part of impactful projects, driving skill development across the nation.</li><li>Collaborate in a growth-oriented and creative environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, FreelancePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
