The Logitech for Business Mid Market Account Manager , is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales revenue within an assigned territory with named accounts. You will achieve this by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with Logitech&rsquo;s product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance direct customer engagement with supporting the partner channel to exceed business goals.
 Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Drive Revenue Growth: Prospect into existing and new accounts to uncover opportunities, generate pipeline, and close deals across all Logitech product lines and solutions.
</li><li>Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products, negotiate contracts, and deliver accurate forecasts to consistently meet or exceed quotas.
</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing, to support new and existing opportunities.
</li><li>Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at all levels of customer organizations.
</li><li>Sales Execution: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including creating compelling client presentations, delivering product demos and presentations.
</li><li>Tool Proficiency: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com), Sales Engagement Platforms, and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
</li><li>Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Unified Communications (UC), cloud solutions, and video collaboration, to position Logitech as a trusted advisor.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
<ul><li>Proven experience with B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Unified Communications (UC), cloud solutions, and video collaboration technologies. Direct experience in these areas is highly preferred.
</li><li>Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and tell impactful stories.
</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) and prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
</li><li>Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for building and strengthening customer relationships, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions.
</li><li>Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to contributing to a positive and inclusive culture.
</li><li>Adaptability: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
</li></ul>Compensation:
This position offers an OTE salary typically between $ 130,000 and $ 189,000.In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
