OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and Instagram boosting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising, skilled at analyzing data, and eager to directly drive growth for our business.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook &amp; Instagram).</li><li>Execute and oversee Instagram boosting to increase reach, engagement, and visibility.</li><li>Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, focusing on CPC, CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.</li><li>Track and analyze performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports.</li><li>Collaborate with the content/creative team to align ad messaging with brand goals.</li><li>Stay up to date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices in paid advertising.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.</li><li>Strong knowledge of targeting, bidding, and performance optimization strategies.</li><li>Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with social media engagement strategies and audience insights.</li><li>Basic SEO knowledge is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and results-oriented.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and professional development.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
