What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As our Associate Attorney, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in representing financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters. You&rsquo;ll:
<ul>
<li>Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.</li>
<li>Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.</li>
<li>Attend court hearings in person and virtually.</li>
<li>Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.</li>
<li>Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>Licensed in Kansas (and Missouri a plus)</li>
<li>3+ years of experience preferred(all qualified applicants considered).</li>
<li>Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.</li>
<li>Bonus qualifications:</li>
</ul><ul><li><ul><li>Multi-state licensure</li>
<li>Bankruptcy or collections experience</li>
<li>Federal licensure</li>
</ul></li>
