Key Responsibilities</div>
<ul><li>Demonstrate expert knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and cocktail ingredients, including flavor profiles and proper usage</li>
<li>Guide guests through the cocktail menu, offering thoughtful recommendations based on preferences</li>
<li>Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and organized bar at all times</li>
<li>Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service</li>
<li>Assist with inventory management, tracking supplies, and monitoring stock levels</li>
<li>Participate in training sessions and educational opportunities led by management or the Beverage Director</li>
<li>Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service</li>

Qualifications</div>
<ul><li>Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale establishment, with a strong focus on craft cocktails</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of mixology principles, classic and modern cocktail recipes, and drink-making techniques</li>
<li>Creative palate with an eye for balanced, innovative cocktail development</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment</li>
<li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency</li>
<li>Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills</li>
<li>Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed</li>
